The value for money at Des Arts was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room that had a lovely view. The location was convenient, close to the Sanctuary and nearby shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Dani, were friendly, kind, and always willing to help.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The rooms at Hôtel des Arts were cozy and warm, perfect for a comfortable stay. I loved the view of the courtyard, it made me feel like I was staying in a charming little oasis. The private bathroom was great too, with a choice between a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath. They even provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the street view from some of the rooms. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

Great location near the famous Basilique and Grotte. Very convenient for visiting these important sites. Friendly and welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable.- Good value for the price we paid.
The hotel is quite old, so the comfort level was limited. The furniture was outdated and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

stayed in lourdes before, but this valentine's day at des arts was unforgettable. the old-world charm and attentive staff made our stay comfortable. dani, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate us and even booked a taxi to the airport. highly recommend this conveniently located guest house.
Breakfast pricing seemed steep.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. The owner, Danni, was incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to print our boarding passes and even let us leave our baggage and keep a key to our room until late afternoon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and an elevator in the building. The hotel is located in a nice area close to the Sanctuary and just steps away from the old bridge, offering wonderful landscapes. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful owner and its convenient and pleasant amenities.

Great value for a hotel in a prime location, within walking distance to major attractions and amenities. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained, with fresh towels provided. The hotel also had an elevator, making it easier to carry heavy luggage.
The hotel is quite far from the train station, which made it difficult for me to transport my luggage. the bedding in the room looked old and worn out, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and had a nice view, adding to the overall pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great assistance throughout our stay.
There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the lack of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable, especially during the warm weather.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 1 night and had a great experience. The owner, Danielle, was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She even dropped me off at the train station early in the morning so I wouldn't miss my train. The rooms were simple but well-maintained and clean. The location was perfect, especially if you're planning to visit the nearby Sanctuary. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you want a comfortable and convenient experience.
I didn't have any dislikes about the property. 😊
